We offer all our clients a FREE – No-obligation Aesthetic and Skin Consultation.
During all consultations, we evaluate your medical history and listen to your requirements, we carry out a full clinical assessment of your Skin & Face to determine and identify those treatments that are best suited to you. We also take digital photographs / digital skin analysis images to record areas of concern and to establish a pre-treatment baseline. These photos are digitally encrypted and form part of your clinical records and are stored with full GDPR compliance.
We also evaluate the safety of any treatments and discuss possible side effects and complications of the treatment.
The consultation is your opportunity to ask questions and find out everything that you want to know about a particular treatment option or any area of concern that you have. Our aim is always to practice safe and effective aesthetic medicine.
During the consultation, we will provide you with all of the information you require, so that you can make an informed decision about your aesthetic treatment.
It is our policy not to carry out Medical Aesthetic procedures like Injectables, Lip fillers etc on the same appointment as your consultation, we would rather you take time to evaluate your options than make a rushed decision.
We are however able to carry out treatments like Aqua Facial, and Skin Rejuvenation and make recommendations for Skincare without a cooling-off period.
Please Note: While we do not charge for Aesthetic Consultations we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours ‘ notice when cancelling an appointment, failure to do so, may result in a cancellation charge at our discretion.
